Bencee Les Wilson is a family owned business with joint owners, Mick McLoughlin as Managing Director and Veronica McLoughlin as Accounts Manager. We purchased the business from Les and Yvonne Wilson who opened the business 30 years prior to this. Les had established a trustworthy solid business with a reputation second to none, a reputation we work hard to uphold.
Mick and Veronica both come from a construction background and have more than 40 years experience between them in delivering a quality product.
WHO ARE WE? We are the people who make us, from the apprentice who reluctantly sweeps the floor to the managing director who is also willing to sweep the floor. When we purchased Les Wilson Detail Cabinet Maker we inherited a reputation, we inherited machinery, but we also inherited a culture, a culture we work tirelessly to uphold.
We have a team willing to rise to any challenge and when the need arises put in the hard yards to achieve whatever deadlines are there to be met, with the quality we also inherited from Les, as the name suggests ‘Detail Cabinet Maker’.
Our factory is very well supported by our office crew made up of administration managers, estimators, and project managers. All of whom are dedicated to the same quality standards we strive to uphold.

Bencee Construction and Shopfitting recently completed the renovation project of our Nandos Albany Creek Restaurant in Brisbane. The project involved a very aggressive schedule to be completed in two weeks, to minimise loss of trade and ensure the smooth re-opening for business on the due date as committed to our customers.
I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail demonstrated in the delivery of the project. The team had a great can-do attitude and displayed remarkable proactiveness and flexibility in working with me when changes were required.
